Because in many of our courses men are the minority, we offer this course only for men.  In this retreat we will create a space where we can share deeply with each other as men. There is a difference in energy when only men come together versus when men and women come together. There are important and beautiful insights and qualities that can be developed in this setting. The theme of “brotherhood” offers a wide and flexible framework to explore a variety of individual and collective questions. Mindfulness offers us the supportive container for a wholesome meeting of men.
